Your satisfaction matters. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Eligibility

Because our products are food items prepared fresh, returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to request a refund

Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, we will replace the item or refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Non-returnable items

Opened jars and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
