Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. During summer months, we may use additional insulation to protect products from heat.

Delivery Notification

You will receive:

• Order confirmation via email/WhatsApp immediately after placing your order
• Dispatch notification when your order is on its way
• A call from our delivery partner before arrival

Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Lebanon. Payment is made directly to our delivery partner upon receipt of your order. Please ensure the exact amount is available.

Missed Delivery

If you're not available during delivery:

• Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you
• A second delivery attempt will be made the next business day
• After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned and you may be charged for re-delivery
