Overnight oats are the ultimate meal prep breakfast. Combined with our creamy almond butter, they become a protein-rich meal that will keep you satisfied all morning.
In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds.
Add the almond butter and maple syrup, stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, stir and add more milk if desired.
Top with fresh berries and enjoy cold or warmed up!
